CEO and Founder

Paul Ouma is an executive education trainer, consultant and business school faculty member with a wealth of local and international senior management experience in blue- chip multinational companies spanning a period of over 20 years.
He has facilitated training and workshop sessions in general management, strategy, entrepreneurship and corporate governance in various corporate family-owned and non-family-owned organizations.
Paul has led and supported the development and implementation of strategy and governance plans, tools and processes to grow, secure and sustain these organizations.He teaches at Strathmore University and Strathmore Business School (SBS). Paul has been the Director of the MBA programs at SBS and is currently the course director of the Family Business Program and director of the Kenya Top 100 initiative at SBS.
He holds an MBA degree from the University of Nairobi, is trained in strategy by the Balanced Scorecard Institute (USA) and is an alumnus of The International Faculty Development Program at IESE Business School (Barcelona Spain).Paul is a family business advisor/consultant and a member of the Family Firm Institute (USA).
His current training, consulting and research interests include entrepreneurship, general management, strategic planning and implementation for family businesses.
He consults trains and gives advisory services to Family businesses in areas of sustainability through good corporate governance, strategy and succession planning. Manager- Talent & Strategic Partnerships

Peter Ouma holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology – Organisational behaviour and is a human resources practitioner with over 15 years demonstrated human resources consulting and industry experience in blue-chip multinational companies.
A large part of Peters’ experience has been as a human capital consultant with professional service firms including Deloitte, and PKF Consulting providing human capital and management solutions to various blue-chip clients before moving into industry as a group head of human resources for various large multi locational companies in industries including agribusiness, the motor industry, services industry companies among others
Peter possesses a wealth of experience in the full cycle of employee and human capital issues.His experience has included recruitment and selection, undertaking human resources due diligence and advising on employee relations and communication; human capital strategy;
policy development and implementation; advising on interpretation and application of all aspects of employment law in a pragmatic way that meets legislative requirements whilst also supporting the needs of the business.

Program Administrator
Emma is a Program Administrator at the Institute for Family Business.  She is responsible for administrative and programming activities in the firm. Previously, Emma worked in Abu Dhabi international airport as a customer service representative.
Emma holds a Bachelors degree in public relations from Mount Kenya University.

IT & Digital Strategy

Kevin is an IT consultant with over 8 years of experience. He has served in various capacities as a solution expert and IT manager championing innovation and developing IT strategies for business.

Kevin is a specialist in IT infrastructure deployments, IT project management and business continuity planning. His technical skills and experience include information security management, virtualization, application and database clustering, VoIP communication systems, web and mobile applications. He also has a keen interest in cloud computing, big data analytics and cyber security.

Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathmore Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi.
