Susan Esibia Wamae

Susan is an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and accredited Master ScanCoach® with a passion for helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve meaningful personal and professional transformation. Guided by her mission to inspire, love, and enlighten seekers of inner freedom, she works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to build self-awareness, strengthen personal effectiveness, and enhance overall well-being.

With extensive experience working across East and Southern Africa, Susan has coached and facilitated learning for a diverse range of clients, from C-suite executives to emerging professionals and entrepreneurs. She serves as Adjunct Faculty at Strathmore Business School and the Kenya School of Government and is an Associate Facilitator with the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE). Her work focuses on executive coaching, leadership self-mastery, identity and foundation coaching, and supporting next-generation leaders as they transition into the workforce and entrepreneurship.

Susan’s coaching approach is centered on helping individuals uncover unconscious patterns, gain deeper self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. By fostering holistic personal growth and purposeful leadership, she empowers her clients to enhance their performance, vitality, and long-term success. She holds a Master of Science in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool and is accredited as a Clarity4D® Global Business Partner and Master ScanCoach®.
